Head Men’s Lacrosse Coach/Assistant Equipment Manager
The Department of Athletics at Messiah College has an opening for the full time (10 months) position of Head Men’s Lacrosse Coach/Assistant Equipment Manager.
As the program leader for men’s lacrosse, the head coach is responsible for operating a program for student-athletes, with differing abilities and skills that pursues Messiah Athletics’ complementary goals of striving for athletic excellence and developing Christian character. This position will also have responsibility for assisting the Director of Athletics and the Associate Athletics Director for Facilities in oversight of specific athletics-related facilities and equipment within the Department of Athletics.
Education and experience required includes a Master’s Degree and a minimum of 3 years of coaching experience at the college or high school level as well as playing experience. Experience preferred includes 2 years of head coaching experience at the college or high school level.
