National High School Team History

The Fellowship of Christian Athletes National High School Lacrosse Team started in 2004 as a part of the Community Ministry of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA.) While the faces of the participants have changed over the years, the purpose of the team still remains the same, sharing Christ. In the past four years there has been tremendous growth in the National High School Lacrosse Team ministry program. In the coming pages you will see the transformation from one tryout in the Baltimore area serving 40 kids in 2004 to over 12 tryouts in 10 cities serving over 500 kids in 2007. The teams themselves have consisted of players from all over the country who have received accolades such as, All-Conference, All-County, All-State, All-Americans and All-MLL. Upon graduating from high school, players have also gone onto have successful college and pro careers.
