20 of the top underclassmen were selected from across the country to represent FCA in the U-18 Lake Placid Summit Lacrosse Classic. The team not only enjoyed the competition at the tournament, but also the off the field activities that Lake Placid had to offer including: cliff jumping, touring the Olympic facilities, and local dining. The team started off 3-0 through pool play games outscoring opponents 46 to 16. In the semi-finals FCA was able to win a close game against Cold Brook to advance to the championship game. The Championship game was a tight match against Liberty coached by legendary lacrosse player Gary Gait. Dylan Maltz rose to the occasion just as he had in last years championship game to score 3 goals to lead FCA to an 8-7 victory. FCA defender Will Reynolds was chosen as the Championship game MVP due to his stellar performance on defense.
